How we work

Our process is very streamlined to make it as easy as possible for our clients to achieve all of the goals they have. The following information will explain how we work and what our process is; and what you need to think about if you want to come and talk to us about your project.

Our Process

If you have decided to work with us or are thinking of working with us, we have a really easy process which consists of the following steps. This process may be adapted depending upon the size and complexity of your project.

1. Consultation Meeting

We have a consultation meeting to get an understanding of your requirements and preferred colour schemes. We determine which approach would be the right one for you.

2. Concepts

We develop a concept for what the website, web application or digital service will look like and what the site map will be. We provide the design or work with your designer.

3. First Sign Off

We have a follow-up meeting to go through the concepts, make any tweaks and get sign off.

4. Build

After sign off, we start the build of your website, web application or digital service.

5. Presentation

After it is built, we have a meeting to present it to you and review the design and ensure everything is as discussed.

6. Content

We load the content into the website, web application or digital service for you. Alternatively, you can opt to do this yourself to save money.

7. Final Sign Off

Once content is loaded, we get your website, web application or digital service live.

8. Training

We provide you with a copy of all files. We provide you with the right amount of training.

Prepare for the first meeting

If you have decided to come and talk to us about a new website, web application or digital service there are some things you should think about beforehand and also bring with you to the meeting.

  1. What are your colour schemes? Bring any invoices or business cards etc that have your colour scheme on it.
  2. Bring a print-out of your logo.
  3. Have a look at websites, web applications on the internet for specific features or designs that you really like, and print these to bring with you.
  4. Have a think about why you want a website, web application or digital service and the key goals you want it to achieve.
  5. Think of all of the things that you need to tell your users/customers. This information will drive what should be in there.
  6. If you already have a website:
    • Do you know who your host is? Please bring these details with you.
    • If you have statistics for your website, please bring the last month's worth of statistics with you.

If there is any other information that you think would be useful for the design of your website, web application or digital service, please bring this with you.
