Ivory Cliffs Estate is a premier New Zealand destination where the roar of the Red Stag meets unparalleled luxury and hospitality. Located in the ruggedly beautiful Hawke’s Bay region, the estate offers a world-class hunting experience set against a backdrop of pristine wilderness and dramatic vistas.

As a new business, Ivory Cliffs Estate needed a digital presence that did more than just list services—it needed to evoke a feeling. They engaged WebShed to design and build a website that balanced two distinct worlds: the grit of an elite hunting expedition and the sophistication of a high-end luxury lodge. The goal was to provide prospective hunters with a seamless, informative, and visually captivating introduction to the estate.

The WebShed team focused on a "Luxury First" design philosophy. We knew the website had to be clean, intuitive, and high-impact to mirror the premium nature of the physical property. 

Key objectives included:

  • Immersive Storytelling:
    Using layout and imagery to transport the user to the Ivory Cliffs from the first click.
  • Effortless Navigation:
    Simplifying complex information so guests could find everything they needed to know without friction.
  • Conversion-Focused Flow:
    Guiding the user from inspiration to action with clear pathways for inquiries and bookings.

We designed a bespoke site architecture that takes the customer on a curated digital journey. Instead of a standard landing page, we utilized page layouts that take the customer on a journey of Ivory Cliffs Estate. As users "step through" the site, they are introduced to the trophy hunting opportunities, followed by the world-class lodge facilities and personalized hospitality. Strategic call-to-actions are woven into the narrative, ensuring that as the user's interest grows, the path to contact or book remains just a click away. 

The final website is a stunning digital extension of Ivory Cliffs Estate. It successfully showcases the "Best of Both Worlds" - the adrenaline of the hunt and the serenity of the lodge - providing a professional, easy-to-navigate platform that converts global interest into exclusive guest bookings.
